Where? Will Massachusetts see anything?
To be clear, “colossal” relative to, like, a moderately big thing. But these were M class flares. X, the big ones that produce spectacular aurorae, are an order of magnitude larger.
If you’re in Iceland, it’ll look pretty awesome. But then, all of Iceland looks pretty awesome all the time.
