select everything but cgates

the first bad experience was when I had to pay one hundred euros in January for "return of discounts"then still managed to add 12 euros more "accidentally" which I needed to pay, which are now sitting in the account as -12 euros. then it appears in March for their inability to write normally that the services will become more expensive, I was already able to return them for free, so that 100 euros was actually paid because of their scam :).

but I still kept their TV, so I thought I would get rid of all their services and that was it. I called, said that I want to return it and said that the courier will come there on a certain day that I can submit it. I think ok, I will submit it, but there was no one that day. I thought maybe they just don’t need that add-on anymore, so I continued to live my life, only today some kind of 108 payment appeared, the bill just says 120 euros for a one-time fee. I wrote to support, it appears for that extension :).

well, it’s not my fault that there are some roosters in cgates who can’t work normally, but you can still scare them like that, it’s impressive. even if there will be another time when cgates will be the best choice to use, I will no longer use it on principle.

edit: it is worth adding that they will send another courier and cancel the fee upon receipt, but the mere fact that they added the fee without saying anything feels like some kind of intimidation and some stupider person will simply pay.
