No, black snakes are actually good to have around as they are known to kill the one venomous snake of Cyprus. Venomous ones are beige with green dots and have a wide and blunt head.
Both (all) snakes can bite you if they are threatened, for example if you accidentally step on them, but a venomous snake will leave you with just 2 holes as bite marks instead of a full set of teeth mark.
No! It’s black snake aka ‘Therko’ (θερκό). They are kinda friendly and very positive to have in the fields with fruit trees. You can slowly befriend it with some milk.
