    Furniture disposal at recycling center


    Hey everyone,

    I’m looking to get rid of some broken outdoor furniture and wanted to know if I recycling centers take chairs/tables. I worry because

    1. the chairs are plastic with some steel framing and I wouldn’t know how to separate the two (not ikea or self built).

    2. The commune schedules furniture pickup from the curb if you book in advance but we don’t want to do that as it’s expensive.

      yes it does. you have to put in the ‘encombrants’ section. at least the one in lux city. you come with your car and ask them were to put it. they never turn back anything. that is their purpose..

      the furniture pickup is free usually. at least in lux city. never had to pay anything.
