After giving birth, you inevitably become depressed. First of all, these are hormones, secondly, it is the health that you lose. And of course, appearance, but I think it comes third in my case, for many it comes first

    I found the strength to fight this half a year after giving birth, my husband is a shift worker and tries very hard for my daughter and me. I really appreciate it and when he is with us, everything is much easier. Difficulties begin when he goes on shift for 28 days. I remain 1-1 with problems and with myself. I have a wonderful husband and supports me in every possible way, sends flowers, goodies and calls every day.

    This all helps me a lot, but the problem still remains and needs to be solved. I decided to take care of myself and start a small blog at the same time. I’m still embarrassed to do this with a photo, maybe it’s not worth it on reddit, but I’m already receiving a lot of positive and supportive comments, which really warms my soul. If you are in a difficult situation, talk to people, talk to your family. They will support you, believe me, people need you

    Now I go in for sports, sports solves all three problems. Hormones, health, appearance. Probably not even a sport, but fitness without fanaticism. I do preemptive exercises at home until I go to the gym. When my daughter grows up, I’ll be able to afford this too. Now I’m participating in an online fitness marathon, so I can dilute my loneliness at home and plus it’s convenient to work out with a trainer at home. It costs a penny and this topic is built for the long term, and not like all marathons for results in a month. I really like it, I share the results here to motivate myself.       Родные/друзья кто может посидеть с ребенком – лучший способ. Отдых очень важен в этот период.

      Обращением к психиатру. Системным приемом лекарств.

    3. Лучший способ борьбы с депрессией это ее профилактика: социализация, спорт, правильное питание и хороший сон. А лучшее что совмещает в себе почти все сразу: танцы)))

    4. Субъективно, но пока не зафиксировал лучшего способа, как тяжёлая тренировка в зале. Будь это силовые или интенсивка.
      Ну ещё как вариант чисто банку пива и спать)
