      It’s hilarious how expats have to move their families overseas to basically do jack shit for three years and inconvenience the local staff to go back home and start a new position they have zero experience in.

      Nowadays, if a company forced that move without discussions, they will lose that person the next day.

      Unless that person is really useless in work, i dun thick they care much either.
