I thought it was the highway system in Italy.
It more confusing than the regular vascular system map.
At first glance I thought I was looking at Argentina.
What are the towns? Is there a logic to this beyond what I’m seeing? Why is much of the text illegible?

The numbers are off. The smaller branches should’ve been 3 digit. Also even goes east west, odd goes up down.
