As rice eating person, how do you eat wheat? Is it the same like eating rice particles?

The Northeastern China is marked as part of “wheat Asia”, but actually it is also famous for producing high quality rice in China.

With maybe a few exceptions, literally every single region you’ve classified as ‘both’ should be wheat.
Just because people consume some rice doesn’t make it a staple alongside wheat. By that logic lots of people in the red area eat atleast some wheat so this entire map should be ‘both’
‘Both’ as a category only makes sense when there’s genuinely a 50/50 split. Otherwise the map is meaningless. The vast majority of area under purple isn’t a 50/50 split with rice. Most of them all consumer much more wheat than rice

Why isn’t there an “oat region”? It’s nutritionally more valuable than wheat and rice.

Is rice kosher for pass over? If so that would be a pretty good reason for Israel to consider switching sides.
