      Guiana Amazonian Park, a vast protected area covering nearly 34,000 square kilometres of Amazon rainforest, is not only a French national park but also the largest national park in the European Union.

      As long as you are not one of those people who misinterpret this fact as “it is the biggest park in Europe” it’s all good.
