Being able to sue the lover is dumb in the first place. The blame is on the spouse for breaking their vows to each other.
I always find it weird that one can sue the affair partner… the fault is on the partner who cheat…
I feel it’s so weird to basically criminalize and put a price on what someone does with their own body. If you feel that’s reason enough to divorce just divorce.
