Only because people have not yet realized that scientific research has been taken over by profit motives and how there is hardly any real research going on anymore.
Governemnts have defunded all programs owned by the people and the only reason to do research now is to give a corporation a patent.
Academia is broken and it won’t be fixed until corporate influence is banned.
Politicians do not even have a firm grasp on civics.
Oh, yeah, politicians have done so much hard exaggerating the claims of the scientists. You can’t say that all of the ice in the arctic will be gone in 10 years and expect to remain credible. That’s a testable claim. Learn from the religious, only make non-testable claims.
I think we are about 5 years out from politicians (and Bo Burnham) telling me the world would be over in 7 years as well. I don’t think its going to turn out as they predicted.
How about if they bring a snowball onto the senate floor?
Psychopathic child-molesters are more trustworthy than many politicians these days. But I think we need to be careful assuming scientists are that trustworthy – there’s plenty of biased science around these days.
Both are paid by lobbyists
Politician’s BORROW credibility from scientists!
Has this been peer reviewed yet? How are peer reviews supposed to be double-blind if people publicize their unpublished work?
I don’t think the authors understand the meaning of the word, “rustworthy”. Most of the time they use this word, they mean, “trusted”
