Can confirm, also norwegian footballs are filled with helium for neutral gravity.

This is Torshovparken seen towards Jolly Kramer-Johansens gate in Oslo (I used to bike through the park on my way to/from work for a couple years, and have also been a mailman in that general area a decade or two ago).
