Now both sides will need to learn that bombing civilian target won’t end a war.
The American plan since the beginning of the “3 day operation” has been too chaotically shake Russia until it falls apart from the inside. Not a drive towards negotiation or a military victory by Ukraine.
It’s the one power move you can make against a nuclear power that a nuclear power can rarely defend itself against.
