      Alright don’t get me wrong here:
      The video itself is cool. Cluster munition are cool on video.
      But the reason why that cluster munition is in Kyiv is terrible, I hate russia for doing it and for targeting everything in Ukraine.

      hate to see it but it’s part of russias new pivot in the air war.

      This is a war crime, and is similar to the case of Prosecutor v. Milan Martić, Case No. It-95-11:

      >The evidence shows that the M-87 Orkan was fired on 2 and 3 May 1995 from the Vojnić area, near Slavsko Polje, between 47 and 51 kilometres from Zagreb. However, the Trial Chamber notes in this respect that the weapon was fired from the extreme of its range. Moreover, the Trial Chamber notes the characteristics of the weapon, it being a non-guided high dispersion weapon. The Trial Chamber therefore concludes that the M-87 Orkan, by virtue of its characteristics and the firing range in this specific instance, was incapable of hitting specific targets. For these reasons, the Trial Chamber also finds that the M-87 Orkan is an indiscriminate weapon, the use of which in densely populated civilian areas, such as Zagreb, will result in the infliction of severe casualties. By 2 May 1995, the effects of firing the M-87 Orkan on Zagreb were known to those involved.1251 Furthermore, before the decision was made to once again use this weapon on Zagreb on 3 May

      I’m wondering if they’re using cluster warheads because they might be running low on the other Iskander variants with how often these barrages are happening recently.

      Cluster munitions inside Kyiv is a new low, even for Russia. Kremlin should know that Ukraine still have ballistic missiles to field in the coming months and they do have room to escalate.

      This is terrorism aimed at Ukrainian civilians, punishing them I the hope that they will turn on Zelenskyy.. they’re working hard to create fractures in the political landscape inside Ukraine.. I don’t think they’ll succeed.

      YESTERDAY: Russia petitions the world on a Ukrainian drone falling on a beach claiming innocent non-combatants were targetted (despite AA gunfire being heard just before the drone suddenly fell & possible EW jamming)

      TODAY: Russia uses high end cruise missiles to drop cluster munitions on the middle of Kyiv in the depth of the night!

      Do as I say, not as I do???
