      I don’t think there are any left in southern Russia or near Crimea. The closest wildberries warehouse to Sevastopol is like 2k km away.

      This is a good thing for Russia. Don’t you understand Ukraine is helping them consolidate their logistics into less warehouses, therefore lowering operating costs. Very, very considerate of Ukraine.
