What’s most upsetting is how anyone could be even slightly surprised by his comments or attitude.

If permitted, the rich would casually reduce all of us regular people to slaves or corpses if it moved their line upward by .0001%.

As disgusting as they are, at least the Lutkes and Musks and O’Learys of the elite class are somewhat honest about the depth of their disdain for normal people’s wellbeing and happiness.

Everyone ought to listen to them when they tell us how little our lives matter in their schemes.

Democracy is dead. Welcome to the new illiberal unhinged capitalist autocrat’s world.
These people should read the story of Marie-Antoinette.

    3. I hate that these sociopaths dipshits make all of us business owners look bad. Reddit love to hate CEOs, but we need some people to create wealth If we want any to share. Most of us have a conscience and truly want what is best for our teams and the country.

This feels like such a non-issue to focus on. Of course the ultra-rich dislike democracy. Democracy is a power system with decisions by the many. That system is anti-thetical to (corporate) capitalism’s hierarchy.

    5. The ultra rich are never fans of democracy until a stronger oligarch takes everything from them.

Unfortunately for the rest of us, they only learn from experience.

We have done what the ultra rich wanted for the last three decades. Trade deals, off shored jobs, brought in massive amounts of TFWs and other immigrant labour.

It has destroyed living standards for most Canadians, it has massively increased wealth inequality and still the rich want more.

They also feel completely immune, like Kevin O’Leary reporting how he cried over getting a rare Rolex, while so many starve and die on the streets.

We newd to take the country back from the ultra wealthy.
