I was just there in 2 different counties. 95f at best. Standing in a parking lot is 100+
Planet is burning and almost no one cares. Politicians abuse it for increasing taxes and fees, lots of ordinary people do not believe it or do not care at all.
Im tired already of the heat, and it still is early august
Yeah this summer is absurd. Here in south west Germany it’s basically just one heatwave after another and forecasts speak of “cooling down” when it hits 29 or 30°
Absolutely insane. And looking at weather maps in neighbouring countries south and west seems equally horrible
It’s 10 degrees at the moment, the temperature swings are crazy lol
France can’t catch a break
It’s time to stop 🙁
I need rain!
French and Benelux are greedy, hoarding the summer for themselves.
And then they complain about it afterwards.

French toast, Macaron: “Mamma Mia, Lard have Merz”
No sun for Scotland, typical!
It’s been raining here just about every day for the past two weeks!!
There’s a solar eclipse today, I don’t know why people are so excited to see the sun disappear. It happens all the fucking time in Scotland!
Are you fucking kidding me.
only 33c max in vienna according to my weather app. i hope the days of 35-40 degrees are finally over this year. seriously thinking about getting an AC, but installing it in a way that cools the living room and all bedrooms isn’t really possible.
but voting green is only for the tree-huggers and alarmists.
just imagine if we listened to them since the 80s and 90s – a literally possibly civilization-ending catastrophy could have been easily averted.
The new normal 🙁
Lucky to live in NE of Poland. Had like 5 days of 30-35°C. Can’t stand temperatures above 30°C. Then, aside of that, it’s been rather cold and rainy, to a point of very few chances to sunbath and lake swim (water is like 18-20°C merely). Climate is all fucked up
still people do not realize what a co2 footprint is and how to minimize it. keep their oil heatings in Germany, drive cars as if there was no tomorrow, spend hundreds on senseless fashion products etc pp
Can we just not?
Also, this sucks but imagine if global warming was real??? (/s just in case)
We should talk about “coolwaves” in the middle of periods of unbearable heat instead
I don’t mind heat, but I do mind clouds when it’s warm.
Meanwhile for the second year Latvia barely has any summer.
And remember, it will be one of the coldest year to come.
Burn baby burn ! Lets rearrange the chairs on the titanic again !
Don’t look up
Fifth? Where I live, the fourth heatwave still hasn’t ended 🥵
I moved to Malta this year and since the summer started I just go between places with AC. Even at night it feels horrible to be outside.
Damn hot weather during summer, who would have guessed it?
Btw in greece we are having the mildest summer ever.
The problem in the Pianura Padana Is that in the nights are only 5° less than during the day, so we find difficult to cool the houses during the night, even with all the windows open and fan pointing outside.
Can’t wait for the downpours that will batter the baked soil, which will then fail to absorb the water in time and end up causing floods that damage or destroy what the heatwaves haven’t.
Just wait till next summer
