      Fun fact: Kohler and Bemis and Sargento are all based out of the same county. Also Curt Joa. And Old Wisconsin. And Johnsonville.

      Colorado having Chipotle seems like a pretty basic miss here, there’s surely space for 1 more brand

      How’d you chose which ones to include here (outside of the Fortune 500 list)? Seems like some fairly small ones are included in some states while other larger known brands aren’t there.

      How is Wawa on there for Pennsylvania and not Sheetz? I guess Sheetz isn’t big enough? Also, this must be old because RiteAid is still on there.

      It is weird that YRC is listed in Kansas when it shuttered 3 years ago and other major trucking companies (like ones on the fortune 500) arent on the map.

      I’m annoyed that these aren’t correlated to location within the state. For example all of the brands in Upper Michigan came from the lower peninsula. Also most of those car brands are owed by the same companies.

      St Louisans know that Panera is just a fake, focus-group tested name. It will always be Saint Louis Bread Co. to us.
