District heating, not even once. Imagine buying a house where heating is provided by an unregulated monopoly, lmao.
As someone who works in commercial contracts, gas prices were not 22.18p at the end of last year. Thats what we were seeing when the war in Ukraine started.
A few months ago I was seeing 3.5p on a 12M contract, thought things have moved up since. End of last year from memory was 6-8p.
