      What exactly is going on in Wisconsin that makes up for the sheer number of drunk driving performed on a regular basis? It’s so pervasive you don’t even get in big trouble until your 4th or 5th dui. But according to this map they’re one of the least fatal driving states.

      How is NJ so low, we have tons of traffic here. Maybe those jug handles are really helping us. Of course the heavy traffic does mean odds are the most collision prone times are moving slower.

      Anecdotally, I am from Ohio and have been in South Carolina for work this week. I have never witnessed a real car accident in Ohio aside from a few fender benders. I have already witnessed two severe, high-speed accidents in Greenville over the 6 days I have been here.
