Poland’s economic success reminds me of the UK in the 90s and early 2000s. Everything was so optimistic, every quarter saw good growth and there was a sense of national drive. 2008 brought that to a halt. I hope the success continues for Poland.

GDP is a poor metric for a country’s (its people’s) success.
