      I know some people will bristle at this but…I think Canadian values (outside of Alberta) have always been closer to Europe’s than the US. I’m not saying join the EU, but increasing trade, sharing military resources, re-jig five-eyes etc would be a good idea. And with his rolodex, Carney’s the perfect guy to pull it off.
