In my apartment in Luxembourg, one of the hangers/straps in the roller shutter has broken. I’ve attached a picture of the same part from another roller shutter that is still working.
The problem is that I have no idea how to access the revision/inspection box. I don’t see any obvious screws, clips, hinges, or anything that looks like it can be pulled off.
Has anyone had a similar setup/problem in Luxembourg? How do you access these boxes?
I really don’t want to start dismantling half of the wall just to find out there’s some hidden mechanism I’m missing. 😅
Any advice would be appreciated!

Have you checked if the box is outside? They exist also with the area where the shutter rolls on the outside.
Tap against the wall, if it’s hollow it’s probably there.
You might have to find the seam and cut the wallpaper to access the box
You can also use a magnet to find the screws

It’s plastered over and you’ll need to remove the panel either way in full, so just don’t be too shy. You’re in for a replastering and paint job either way.
