Like a fish on a hook. When ROTUS says x wants to make a deal, you know two things. X doesn’t want to make a deal. ROTUS is desperate to make a deal.
Trump also said he wasn’t friends with Epstein, that he’d build a giant wall which Mexico would pay for, and that he’d end the Russia-Ukraine war on his first day in office.
If Trump said water is wet I’d still turn on the faucet to confirm.
In any event, I think the allegation in the title can be added to the pile.
Fuuuuuuuck. Reducing environmental checks stress me the fuck out. Especially when “industry stakeholders” are excited about it. I get that bureaucracy sucks, and I have my own complaints with a lot, but we need environmental protections and harsh penalties when those protections aren’t implemented.
