Did someone authorize him to disclose this highly classified information? Cuz I’m pretty sure there’s several agencies that would have opinions on this sort of grossly irresponsible disclosure.
It’ll be signal jamming tech, and things to knock out satellites, there’s no real practicality or use for sticking anything in space other than that.
They are developing interceptor systems for knocking out ICBMs in the boost phase but tbh I have no issue with that; defensive space weapons to counter nuclear weapons I’m all for.
