Disclosure: I run the site that compiled this, AMA on methodology.
Report: OnlyFans Wrapped 2026, published September 10, 2026. "2026" figures allocate OnlyFans' most recent audited fiscal year (ended November 30, 2025); "2025" is the prior fiscal year rescaled the same way.
What the numbers are: Estimated fan spend (Gross Site Volume — what left fans' cards, not the platform's 20% cut) per 10,000 adults aged 18+, by city. Cities need at least 200,000 adults to be ranked per capita; 309 cities modeled, 262 qualify.
Sources:
- Fenix International Ltd (OnlyFans' parent) accounts filed with UK Companies House — global GMV of $7.765B for FY ending 30 Nov 2025 (prior year $7.216B), with the reported US / UK & Europe / rest-of-world split. This is the anchor; the model sums to it exactly.
- Google Ads Keyword Planner — two years of monthly search volume for 14,527 OnlyFans-related keywords across 217 countries and 309 cities (177M+ keyword × location × month data points). Geography is allocated by share of search demand.
- OnlyFinder ad-network conversion data — first-party revenue-per-search index used to weight demand by how much of it actually converts, cross-checked against World Bank GNI per capita (Atlas method).
- World Bank 2024 population and UN World Population Prospects 2024 age structures for adult (18+) denominators; US Census Bureau 2025 estimates for states and cities.
- Sanctioned / no-card-rail countries (Russia, Iran, Syria, Belarus, North Korea, Cuba) are excluded and reallocated.
Caveats: City figures are modeled allocations, not OnlyFans-reported city data — OnlyFans doesn't publish that. The per-adult denominator uses city population, or the home county where Google's city geotarget covers the wider metro (Portland, OR falls into that case), which is worth knowing when you compare cities. Year-over-year is audited platform growth (+7.6%) adjusted by each city's search-demand trend.
Tool: The maps use d3-geo (geoEqualEarth / geoAlbersUsa) plus topojson-client and Natural Earth / Census topologies

Man I honestly had no idea OF was that big.
I remember when they tried to pivot away from porn too. Crazy idea given these numbers.
Portland Oregon is spending, average, $45/mo per adult? That’s crazy! Wonder what percent of adults are actually paid subscribers?
this is wild! I had no clue some cities were spending that much on OnlyFans. $45/month in Portland? that’s like a Netflix subscription for adult content. i wonder how those numbers compare to other entertainment options in the area. could be interesting to see what percentage of that goes to actual content creators vs the platform itself!
The data is per 10k citizens right? Do you have the data of user numbers and average or median per user?
All that money just to talk to a 40 years old indian man
Is there no data for grey states and if so why? Banned?
DC being number one is not surprising but funny.
It would be interesting to correct for e.g. PPP and median earnings to facilitate international comparisons.
Whats happened in Zurich for it to boom almost 50% in a year?
Jeez, what could all those DC accounts be doing?
Portland isn’t satisfied with being the #1 Strip Club per capita city.
Reuters did a very good investigative report on OF.
it’s well written and researched.

Wait, your definition of “hottest city on the planet” is as follows: The city where men send the highest amount of $$ on average to women on the Internet to show them their nudes??
It bothers me that the title says “per adult” but the actual numbers are per 10,000 adults, and I have to move the decimal point myself to know the answer hinted at in the title.
Gee these so called “happiest countries on earth” chart toppers are also spending the most on OF.
I’m in one of these EU countries and been noticing the loneliness epidemic first hand, it’s not getting better.
Greece on 11 is kinda wild considering how their economy stands compared to most other countries in top 25.
I am desperate to learn how much of this spending is on credit, adding to the current sky-high debts that people carry. I can’t believe that every dollar spent on that site is by people who pay off their cards in full every month.
Why is DC 10x larger than the actual geographic area? Just to make it more visible? I hate it.
This kind of just seems like an income map?
You’re missing “AI Slop generator for all text” in your tool list.
Lol DC bright red. I wonder what that’s all about. Not even being sarcastic. I legit wonder. Not immediately seeing why there would be a connection there
