      Honestly i think this is really a desperate move….

      Its like organisations like the local scouts or your little football club is making tons of money…

      It’s like somebody looked at a spreadsheet called “what didn’t we tax yet” and this is one of the results…

      Spaghetti avonden niet maar fiscale constructies en misbruik van het vzw statuut mag wel eens grondig doorgelicht worden wat mij betreft.

      Er is sprake van een vrijstelling van €50.000 dus ja, als jouw lokale Chiro zoveel winst maakt, dan denk ik dat ze hun statuut van VZW al lang voorbij zijn.

      Dat is zoals zeggen dat Racing Genk geen belasting moet betalen, want dat is ook maar een kleine arme VZW.

      Gisteren in het nieuws: “De regering zoekt 2 miljard.”
      5min later: “Door de beslissing om de accijnzen op tabak te verhogen loopt de (r)overheid 2 miljard mis.”

      Wie kon dit voorspellen behalve Jan en alleman?
      Wanneer steken we die boel daar gwn ns in de fik!? Incompetente zakkenvullers!!
      Zo’n niveau van incompetentie en in de eigen voeten schieten daar wordt je toch gewoon kwaad van!?

      This is an example of small organizations like scouts etc becoming the victim of abuse of big money that use the VZW to abuse the tax excemption of vzw.

      I think you underestimate how much abuse there is of this system.

      Nonesense, there will be a ‘vrijstelling’ for the first x amount. This is mostly (correctly) aimed at unions and non-profits who work as a quasi company.

      As a red cross volunteer, this is going to have a large impact on our work. Our organisation is large, very large, with a lot of activities and costs (buildings, ambulances, laptops, beds, warehouses, trucks, stocks of varying medical supplies, books, beds, blood). Selling bandaids gains us 4,14 million €. Al that money doesn’t even go to the large ‘hoofdzetel’ but stays at the local level in the local ‘afdelingen’. This will have a large impact on ALL our activities.

      All the money gained by selling the blood or selling the yearly band-aid (used to be a sticker) flows right back to other parts of the organisation that only costs money but gains nothing like psychosocial aid, brugfiguren, disaster-respons, certification, ambulances, EHBO-training, education,…

      Sommige vzw’s zijn ook de naam of het systeem vzw niet meer waardig, als je weer dat de CM bv ook een vzw is heb ik daar wel mijn vragen bij en mogen die wel belast worden.

      Ze zijn gewoon slachtoffer van de aanval van deze regering op mutualiteiten en vakbonden.

      Er wordt inderdaad ook massaal echt misbruik gemaakt van het vzw statuut, maar wie denkt dat ze pakweg “VZW” voetbalclubs gaan aanpakken, leeft in een fantasie.
