      Nedavno se Plenković pohvalio u jednom govoru da su plaće državnih zaposlenika stigle i čak prešišale privatni sektor.

      Ako to ne vrištiš kaos ekonomije, ne znam što drugo može biti.

      Moraš bit debil da ponosno kažeš da državni zaposlenici sada imaju veću plaću od privatnika.

      Opcenito zanimanja u javnom/drzavnom sektoru su preplacena s obzirom na kolicinu rada i sigurnost posla – naprema privatnom. Kazem opcenito, ne kazem da je to istina za svako pojedino zanimanje, vec gledam u globalu jer bi inace usli u duboke debate da svako zanimanje idemo usporedivat.

      Downvoteat cete me, ali nema drzave na svijetu koja toliko uzdize javni sektor ko mi, u vecini Europe i svijeta javni sektor je skoro pa duplo manje placen, kod nas je vise. I jos im nije dosta.

      Svatko se ima pravo boriti za svoju plaću i prosvjedovati. Platit će te za što si se izborio.

      S druge strane – i to kažem bez ikakvog omalovažavanja – vrtlar u Zrinjevcu ima bolju plaću nego dobar dio radnika u zdravstvu koji su završili preddiplomski ili diplomski studij, a rade smjene i noćne te odgovaraju za ljudske živote. A vrtlar će se sada borit i možda izborit za još više.

      Isto tako znam i čujem za hrpu ljudi koji rade u zdravstvu i kad god bude neki prosvjed oni pognu glave i ne talasaju. Sad će gunđat na ekipu iz Holdinga, al kad se treba zauzet za sebe onda će šutit k’o zaliveni. Tipično hrvatski.

      Nisam znala da su tolike, ali neka su. Trebaju biti posteno placeni. Rade vani u svakakvim uvjetima, rade fizicki tezak posao, rade posao koji je cesto prljav i neugodan za obavljanje. Zasluzuju svaki cent.

      Pa realno niti Tomaševiću tj Možemo nisu dovoljni njihovi “klasični” glasači npr ovi s hreddita ako žele zadržati vlast, već je potrebno motivirati i veći broj ljudi iz gradskog sustava. A koji je najbolji način za to ako ne posegnuti za Bandićevim metodama.

      Ja tu ne vidim neke dobre plaće, imaju 1200-1500 eura za redovne sate.

      Ovo preko 2000, to su već treće smjene, prekovremeni i djeca kao olakšica.

      U plaću im računali prijevoz, neki dobiju i preko 300€.

      Obiteljski prijatelj radi kao vozač Čistoći i sa olakšicama za 2 djeteta i još nekim dodacima ima malo iznad 2000€ plaću… fiksno radno vrijeme,na suhom je,radi lokalno i to je to. I muž i ja radimo terenski posao i to jako odgovoran pa toliko plaću jedino možeš dobiti ako si pola mjeseca na terenu u inozemstvu ili ako u nekom postrojenju pola mjeseca radiš po 14 sati a ostalih pola normalno.I ne,nije do poslodavca jer radimo za sebe ali je tržište takvo.Znam da su i oni bitni,ali je žalosno da struke koje su odgovorne za ljudske živote i svojim potpisom,dakle imenom i prezimenom, garantiraju sigurnost velikog broja ljudi imaju nižu plaću od radnika Čistoće npr.

      Svatko ima pravo na štrajk i izboriti se za veću plaću, ne smetaju mi iznosi koje sad imaju ni koje traže (ja s fakultetom imam manju plaću nego mnogi od njih sada). Međutim poprilicno gnjusan i gorak okus mi ostavlja činjenica da su ovi sindikati dosta šutili kao zaliveni za vrijeme bivšeg preminulog gradonačelnika, a sad su jako aktivni. Doduse morat cu jos istraziti koliko su bili aktivni onda pa se možda i varam pa isperem taj gorak okus u ustima ali nisam bas uvjeren.

      Nisam iz Zagreba, al samo ću reć da je ovo repriza onoga šta se događalo u Splitu u doba Puljka, tada su također radnici [Čistoće](https://www.index.hr/vijesti/clanak/gotov-strajk-radnici-splitske-cistoce-izlaze-na-teren-puljak-dogovorili-smo-se-sve/2452542.aspx) i Prometa štrajkali i na bolovanjima vozili Uber jer “nisu zadovoljni plaćom”, čak i nakon šta je vozačima [dignuta plaća](https://dalmatinskiportal.hr/promet-split-potpisao-novi-kolektivni-ugovor–povecanja-placa–posebne-otpremnine-i-veliki-odaziv-na-kampanju) na 2000€.
