It honestly won’t. I never heard of the Asian games until this. If anything, it brought attention to the event
When Star Wars Celebration came a few years ago, that had a lot of problems as well. I didnt go so cant comment personally, but I dont know why they have so much trouble organizing events. I think its because people see issues and they are afraid to bring them up to the sempais or whatever. Thats what Toyota got rid of and why they are as sucessful as they are. Issues get handled right away, management doesnt care who or where it comes from.

I mean the World Expo in 2025 while good was also a shitshow with everything requiring a lottery system to even enter 90% of pavilions. Even after winning the lines took at least an hour for some of the popular spots.
All governments should’ve stopped pursuing it already. Hosting Olympics damages economy.

Instead of adapting to the logic and things that are proven to work, Japanese people double down on continuing to do the same stupid things they always do because tradition and because Tanaka shachō says so and whoever voices any criticism is silenced because they are low in hierarchy
