Russia to launch another Special Military Operation. And it will be a very short one. That’s what article says. Ukraine was also very short, ohhh, crap… Is there anyone sober left in Russian newsrooms?

    2. In all fairness, we have to question if NATO is ready for drone warfare. It doesn’t look like it. So from that perspective Russia has the advantage, also with the size of Lithuania and the rumors that they are ill prepared they might be a relative easy target compared to Ukraine. The main thing is, Russia will frame this as NATO aggression which they have to react to, most likely will declare war all to justify needing to mobilize. Then there is also the issue of the USA having depleted its strategic munition stocks, and the question is what the status of the stocks across the rest of NATO are. Russia might have more of a chance then we would like to believe.

    3. This might be a tactic to recruit for the ukraine war.

“ Sign a contract in the army you will be trained and sent to a short and easy wining operation”

    4. An “opinion piece in a Russian outlet”, ah, big deal. That’s not happening because it is stupid. It’s just as ridiculous as if we took something Trump said at face value.

Typical ruski propaganda. These sort of articles was all over the internet since war started in Ukraine. London and Berlin supposedly should be destroyed and nuked already. Increased ruski propaganda during elections is not surprise

This ruski bot is posting in all European and Baltic sub Reddits. Ignore

Judging by what my Google translated from the archived version of the article, the deleted text contained the following logic: If a military conflict between Europe and Russia breaks out in the future, and nuclear weapons are stationed on Lithuanian territory, then it will be impossible [for Russia] to conduct a long- term operation. Which means the only way out will to destroy Lithuania by any means as quickly as possible any weapons.

    7. “it’s going to be very short”

Technically this is true – it would be, just not in the way they think it would be XD

    8. Think back, did Russia announce a special military operation in Ukraine before they invaded? I don’t remember any such announcement. Sounds more like selling of Wolf Tickets.

    9. Russians: “We never claimed it was supposed to be a short, three-day special operation!”

Also Russians: “Haha, just wait until you see us pull off a three-day special operation!”

    10. They cant finish what they started against Ukraine, their military is depleted according to media reports. What make them think they can attempt to attack or threaten another country?
Surely this has to be rubbish.

    11. Genuine question. How does Lithuania intend to stop russian aircraft and drones and ballistic missiles with NASAMS some shorads and no fighters. 44 Leopards and 23k men… NATO is not gonna have enough time to roll into Lithuania. This isn’t fulda gap scenario with dozens of divisions on standby with cold storage vehicles ready to go. This isn’t Ukraine with experience fighting russia since 2014. Russian forces will fight using their new drone tactics which no one really has a perfect answer for even Ukraine. None of us know how the rest of NATO will actually respond and the current responses to all these drone attacks are not helping me see things differently.

    12. Just in case you didn’t know, on 26.02.2022 RIA Novosti published a piece by one Petr Akopov *declaring the successful conclusion* of the “Special Military Operation”:

      >Украина вернулась к России. Это не значит, что будет ликвидирована ее государственность, но она будет переустроена, переучреждена и возвращена в свое естественное состояние части русского мира.

(Ukraine has returned to Russia. This does not mean its statehood will be abolished, but rather that it will be restructured, refounded, and restored to its natural state as part of the Russian world.)

The piece was removed soon after being published, but the Internet never forgets 🙂

(You’ll have to look up the article yourself – apparently, Reddit does not allow the URL containing the paper’s domain name to be posted).

    13. Can reddit have one politics post abour russia without:

      – dOnt bE nEaR rUsSIaN wInDoWs HUEhue
      – 3 DAYS I can count to 3 and write 3 days military operation HUEhue
      – Russia = another front???? HAHAHHAHAHAHAHA

It’s been already 4 years+ of non stop spam of this shit. Aren’t you ever get tired? Can you engage with a topic or not write anything?

    14. So as Im losing a fight to you, I wave over one of your friends to join in to make it even worse. Interesting strategy.

    15. A president is supposed to do everything for the people of his country.

Now the question: how the **FUCK another “”special military shityration”” where you must sacrifice another 500.000 people for your own goals is supposed to make your people happy?** Putin is the most braindead dickhead baby I have EVER SEEN.

wanna ask why am i raging so much right now.? Because **I AM** russian, and I swear to God I won’t be able to stand living another four years with this abomination that I can’t even barely call a real human being controlling the whole country.

    16. I’ll honestly ignore it. We’ll know if Russia is about to try something because you can’t hide a massive military deployment being built up on the border – just like they couldn’t hide Ukraine.

Until I see that, I assume these articles are just fearmongering by Russia. They want us to see them and they want to see our reaction them, to understand it and prepare for it.

    17. At least it will draw a line under the question of wether the US is part of NATOs collective defence.
