      Tyson David CANN, 24, of Calgary, was charged with one count of assault causing bodily harm and will next appear in court on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2026.

      Fynn Storm FERRIER, 24, of Kimberley B.C., was charged with one count of assault causing bodily harm and will next appear in court on Friday, Oct. 9, 2026.

      That is disgusting. I hope they each get 10 years in prison, though unfortunately they will probably only get probation.

      “It’s really only the most violent crimes, hate crimes, that are actually reported, and even those are likely underreported,” Bragg said.”

      Show this to someone next time they say crime is actually down in Canada.

      Why did they go to a researcher on geography and environment for an expert opinion on hate crimes? They could have gone to somebody with more credentials.

      Jokes aside, I hope these two guys get the maximum sentence and that the woman gets justice.
