On the eve of the hearing on 30 September set by the investigating judge for the opposition of the civil parties to the dismissal of the investigation into the Ustica massacrethe Rome Prosecutor’s Office is inclined to withdraw the requests to put an end to the two proceedings, now reunified, opened against unknown persons in 2008 and 2022. The sensational turning point is linked to the willingness provided by the French authorities for the transfer of the documentationincluding that of French Ministry of Defensereferring to a period that reaches up to the early nineties and which could contain answers to the Letter broadcast in the past by the prosecutors of Piazzale Clodio.
The French embassy, in fact, sent an official note to the Farnesinatransmitted via the Presidency of the Council al Ministry of Justice and then to Rome Prosecutor’s Officeannouncing his willingness to send Italy the documents on the DC-9 Itavia plane crash of 27 June 1980 when 81 people lost their lives. The previous letters rogatory had remained unanswered. The material held by France covers a wide period of time up to the early 1990s.
"If confirmed, this choice would mark a historic step for our country and for the research of truth. For too many decades the pain of the families of the 81 victims of the DC-9 Itavia has clashed with silence, omissions and deposits of documents that have never been fully clarified. The fact that the Rome Prosecutor’s Office can now withdraw the dismissal request would open up a completely new perspective for the judicial phase"declared the PD parliamentarian Andrea De Maria.

Sempre pensato che fosse impossibile che non ci fosse un fascicolo in un archivio francese o americano. È sempre e solo mancata la voglia, da parte di tutti, di fare luce sulla questione. Chissà se sarà la volta buona o ci si prenderà ancora in giro dopo 40+ anni.

Okay,momento complottismo on
Ormai è chiaro che il DC-9 dell’ Itavia non cadde magicamente in mare e che l’opzione del problema tecnico è una delle meno gettonate, però questa mossa della Francia sembra….strana
La teoria del “i francesi lo abbatterono perché X” è sempre stata la più urlata,per cui anche se fosse vero: cosa ci guadagnerebbe la Francia a dare dei fascicoli che potrebbero dimostrare la loro colpevolezza? Per Macron sarebbe un autogol incredibile poiché anche nella migliore delle opzioni vuol dire che la Francia ha erroneamente abbattuto un velivolo italiano nei cieli italiani uccidendo 80+ civili ed è stata in silenzio per 40 anni. Questo basta per creare un polverone a livello internazionale,per non parlare della serissima crisi politica interna alla Francia. Ovviamente se l’abbattimento è stato voluto la situazione è ancor peggiore.
Di certo la Francia non ha condotto delle proprie indagini in caso di un guasto meccanico perché alla fine…sticazzi per loro: aereo di una compagnia aerea italiana che viaggiava in Italia con equipaggio italiano e passeggeri italiani. L’unica documentazione utile che possono avere sono i tracciati radar,ma quelli li abbiamo già.
Quindi io credo che nella documentazione sia presente una terza entità,ossia qualcuno al dì fuori dell’Italia e della Francia che ha commesso l’attacco e ha abbattuto l’aereo, volutamente oppure no.
