      That’s why I preferred to buy a 50 year old building instead of VEFa. How is it possible the government does not strong actions against these companies ?

      The core issue is that the owners of these companies cannot be prosecuted. Housing is not something to play with. This company may have single handendly destroyed consumer confidence in vefa in lux. The laws governing vefa in lux should be changed.
