The effect of environmental factors on CarPlay in a specific location

Specific question. Does anyone of you get away with Apple CarPlay when driving along Skanstes Street between the DuntesxSkanstesxValdemāra intersection and the high-rise buildings of Skanstes?

I’m guaranteed to stop Spotify and hang up on Waze every time I drive there. The case is not mob.operator coverage, because Spotify also stops in offline mode. Something happens directly with CarPlay – everything freezes for a while.
