    1. Bit older here. 4 Big Time bars, they were great when you had a loose tooth, couple of chews and the tooth was out.

    2. I remember the Halloween these came out. Utterly confused as to what they were when I got home from trick or treating

A bottle of cadet and a tangy 🤣

Edit: or a bag of fives because you couldn’t be paying 10p for the other crisps

When the “new money” came in I could buy a pint of Smithwicks and a box of matches for 20p.

    5. That will get you a bag of Hunky Dorys when they first came out, (early 90’s). And we thought that was a rip off as Taytos were 16p at the time.

    6. Wham bar and a bag of 10 jellies.

I’ll never forget the day we had a family get together in dunmore east, I was about 7 and myself and my cousins, oldest was about 13, were given a pound coin each, there was 8 of us, to go to the shop down the road, were told we could could get whatever we wanted. To say we brought back an absolute haul of sweets is an understatement. We had bags upon bags of chocolate, jellies, crisps, drinks and whatever else you can think of. I die inside so much every time I see the price of shit these days.
