Internal NASA documents lay out plans to update the agency's websites, publications, organizational titles and digital infrastructure with a four-phase "super intelligence" implementation schedule extending into December.

The party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command.

    2. Yet another American organization experiencing massive churn and waste as a result of Republicans. There is no end to their failure.

With Trump, everything he does is a grift. Everything. Guess who bought up a ton of web domains ending in “.si” just before Trump made his EO about the term?

This kind of shit was only supposed to happen to foreign forgettable despotic countries you only read about.

    5. How many times does the letter “e” appear in butterfly?

“The letter “e” does not appear in the word butterfly”

      Let’s call it super-intelligence

    6. Can you imagine the money wasted on removing all of this shit when the orange man leaves office?

Keeping the word artificial in front of AI is important because it reminds people that it can make mistakes and be wrong. What’s the benefit of changing it to super?

*DEAR LEADER SAYS USE CORRECT WORDS OR BECOME THE ENEMY.*

Shit is off the rails. Ludicrous natural stupidity on full display.

    9. Compared to Trump everything is more intelligent.
Just be surprised the used LLM for coughing up executive ideas is not called Supreme Intelligence.
      Perhaps in two weeks.

    10. Everyone in the world has a to-do list and every item on every one of them is more important than this one

    11. I’m starting to wonder if this sudden push to rename artificial intelligence as *superior intelligence* is because someone quietly spun up a Grok model trained entirely on Trump’s ramblings.

I’ve been worried for a while that they’ll eventually roll out an AI version of Trump to keep MAGA going after he’s gone. Like a digital succession plan.

And of course he’d call a model trained on himself “super intelligent.” If they don’t let him interact with it, he’ll absolutely love it. Nothing says “cutting‑edge technology” like a chatbot that occasionally types in all caps and insists it won an election it wasn’t running in.

If this whole thing ends up being foreshadowing, I’m preemptively naming the model **Covfefe**.

    12. Hope they keep all the current material so they can switch back to calling it AI once adults are in charge again.

    13. NASA you’ve done a lot of cool things for humanity in general. Maybe you could step up one more time and figure out how we can send ol’ diddler donny to the surface of the sun. He’d be the first, and hopefully last we have to send there. It would be a great scientific victory.

Ultimately, who gives a shit. Replacing one term with another highly similar term has little if any effect. It’s less accurate, as artificial intelligence may not be “super” at all in some cases. “Artificial” has negative connotations, so maybe we could have used “synthetic” or something.

    15. Find and replace artificial > super. Find and replace AI > SI. Done. Give me a 3.4 million dollars.

    16. No one gets hired into this administration unless they are ready and willing to do exactly as they are told, no matter what.

We can all decide what kind of person that makes Mr. Isaacman.

Racing, rushing, not even *seeing* issues because that would slow them down.

And adding another great American institution to the list of mangled and corrupted by his hand.
