Turkish Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Berris Ekinci attended a reception held in Istanbul on October 14 to mark Armenia’s Independence Day and delivered a speech.

The more I think about this event the more I am leaned to think this was done to send a message to Azerbaijan, just like a few years ago they also had a back and forth criticism to each other and Erdogan sent people to the Armenian border to discuss Turkey-Armenia developments.
