Polite notes on the window didn’t change their behaviour. There is plenty of parking on the street, you can literally see it in the photos next to there car.

Aside from blocking the side walk, they now park on the decoration of the building, literally shoving their car on it when the street is empty and full of parking space.

I don’t believe that I can reason with this mentality and I can see a confrontation developing which I prefer to avoid.

What options do I have in Larnaca to deal with this daily trespasser?

Edit: Polite and helpful answers only please

It won’t change and the more you pressure them the more stubborn they will get. Greek Cypriots don’t like to be told what to do and don’t back off. If you are a foreigner the mentality here is: stay in your lane and don’t tell us what to do in our country. If you are a Greek Cypriot you already know know oti me to na pienneis kontra kamneis ta shirottera.

    2. I think we should all order those no parking stickers that are impossible to peel off and put them in the windows in front of the drivers seat of all these assh0les.

    3. The rest of the apartment owners don’t care about this? The management committee of the building is fine with this?

If that’s you property then installing parking bollards or some other form of physical obstacles would probably help. Can you move these large stones closer to the sidewalk? Maybe add some new ones?

    5. mind that now we all know which floor u live in. the car’s owner as well if they see ur post. first action after ignoring your note was to call the police.

      you are exposing urself unnecessarily…

    6. Slap some bologna on it. Overnight it’ll stain the paint. Bonus points if its in The shape of a dick and balls on his driver’s door.

    7. Back in my old country my friend has similar problem. He tried this and that, every polite approac that was possible, but nothing changed, the driver was rude and aggressive.

So my friend blocked that rude driver car for a week. He never returned calls from this guy and so on. By the end of the week the driver tried to bribe my friend and promised he won’t do that again and he learned a lesson.

It cost my friend buying two very old and shitty cars to block that car, that’s how much he was annoyed.
