      Raw egg yolk only next time please (and black pepper!)

      Next time use just egg yolk or a fully raw pasteurised egg 🙂 this aside, looks yummy. Perfect shape too

      I love hachapuri, but I could never handle the texture of 100% raw egg yolk. This was the exact same way my father always made it for me as a child.
