I have attempted to bake lobiani a few times but I just nevee make it well. It turns out hard and thick. Like this one I made yesterday, looks a little burn on top but was actually not well baked inside. How do peoplw make nice soft yummy lobiani? 😭

  1. try to make sure the dough is THIIIIIN because once you fry it on a pan (yes i do that sue me) the dough thickens up. oh and also make sure to poke the dough with the forks once you are finished stuffing it with lobiani, so it can go inside the dough

    Control the amount of flour and do add sour cream or melted butter. Pre-heat the oven to 160-170 and that’s it. Some people would use thick iron cast pan instead of an oven.
