AI helps me with my schoolwork, but doesn’t do it for me.

If this becomes a popular/mainstream idea, how will AI assisting with schoolwork impact future generations? Could we have education without human teachers? Would family members/legal guardians no longer be necessary when it comes to home-schooling or homework? What about social interaction if much of the education process will integrate AI?
