      Doesn’t sound like a person mentally capable of serving the public in any official capacity.

      Teacher is a transphobe and frankly deserved to be fired. I agree with the panel members assessment by of the Tories too.

      But then again this is the Torygraph…

      This seems to be a massive waste of time and tax payers money, because it took a defence representative to do the necessary background checks on the members of the panel, that should have been done by its own governing body. Good going.

      Also, the headline is so misleading it hurts my brain.

      Majority of people on these panels aren’t going to be 100% neutral and sadly they all we have.

      I feel there’s a lot of information missing to fully appreciate why the person making a claim for dismissal due to their beliefs, raised issue with a panel member and their beliefs. On the face of it, the argument seems a little self-defeating.

      I assume these panels are supposed to represent business and society, hence having a former union representative there in the first place?

      So it’s actually about his (non) religious views meaning he may not be impartial when on a tribunal about someone claiming to be discriminated against on religious grounds, and not about his apt descriptions of the Tories.

      Not wrong though, were they ? Absorbing all the nutrients available and destroying their host body by shutting down its systems one by one is the SOP of both tumours and Tories
