It is Georgian food (especially wine) and culture in general that is underrated in Europe.
Distinct culture surviving a long occupation, extremely distinct spice profiles in cuisine, very high quality produce. Best wine in the world.
Ask someone in the UK and they’ve never heard of any of it.
