  2. It is Georgian food (especially wine) and culture in general that is underrated in Europe.

    Distinct culture surviving a long occupation, extremely distinct spice profiles in cuisine, very high quality produce. Best wine in the world.

    Ask someone in the UK and they’ve never heard of any of it.

    Ojakhuri and also Kubdari, I never see tourists talk about it, also maybe cottage cheese khinkali, it’s not very popular among tourists I think, but not underrated
