~~How the hell is this only eighteen months?~~ Totally, misread that.
What’s the point of a driving ban shorter than the time he spends inside?

Where is the protest march against English yobs killing kids through drunk driving? We aren’t safe. Where are the so called ‘patriots’ now??

I can’t believe he was sentenced 18 years for killing some people in a car.
Usually it’s 6 points on the license and a trip to Driver Awareness Training to make sure 84 year old Barbara learns from her mistakes and never does it again.

It’s not the worst sentence I’ve seen but still 18 years for killing three people just doesn’t sit right. I dont understand how given aggravating factors why it isn’t more.

I can’t begin to imagine how the family of the victims must feel.

Maybe I’m going on a tangent here, how many people / bar staff let individuals like this drive away knowing they are not fit to drive.
Was the landlord aware he was driving, and did this happen more than once (break out the cctv).

> A post-collision analysis found he had between 103 and 215mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood – over the legal limit of 80mg per 100ml.
Why is the rage so massive? If the lower end, then it’s not all that much above the legal limit. If the test is so inaccurate as to give such a huge range how can we have faith it is truly accurate enough to distinguish 103 from 80?
