Just for anyone who doesn’t remember, this was the guy who was on a Surron when Police rammed him off and arrested him. Think he nicked around 20 phones in two hours…

Seen countless people having their phones snatched, it’s happening everywhere, the government should go to the root of it and find ways for them to not profit from stolen phones.
You know, sometimes I do wonder if we were a little hasty in dismissing phrenology.

When it comes to phone theft do they only consider the monetary value and not the emotional value of photos and videos and the huge inconvenience of barely being able to function in our modern society without a smartphone?
