I mean is this affecting communities all over the United Kingdom? Is there a epidemic of pet crime going on right now? I have a dog but I think there’s far more important laws to be implementing right now.
Editors note: This is less than you can be jailed for theft, which this offence almost always was encompassed by anyway.
