To be such a twat of a customer that even a tribunal agrees!
If this sets a precedent that it’s okay to call customers twats when they deserve it then there’s gonna be a lot of happy retail workers out there.
What was the email mix up? Twit? A is nowhere near I on the keyboard.
To paraphrase Agent K, a customer is pleasant, customers are twats.
