I think yeah ppl are kind to guests but depends on guests too 😀
They hate foreigners tho and they’re racist to people of colour (africans, arabs and even asians). Seen Georgians insult an American couple caz they asked for help in DHL office. Was very shocked. And let’s not even talk about the broke shaming even tho we have money and they don’t 😂
This country is truly so special, I just went on a two week road trip there and it was amazing. I hope it will have it’s European future.
The owners of the guest houses we stayed at were indeed very hospitable and kind. However we did feel kind of a contrast as soon as we got on the streets. First off, drivers of any vehicle are driving egocentrically, totally irresponsible and unconcerned about other people’s safety. And secondly, people would barely ever say hi to you when you encounter them outside, weather it be on the streets or in nature. That felt kind of strange to us, and was such a big contrast to the experience we got inside of the guest houses.
Still love this country though! I would totally recommend visiting it.
