Absolutely sickening, prison isn’t enough of a punishment.
Fair play to the police, it sounded like they had very little to go on. Covered face, dark hoody, sped in and out on an e-scooter. Pretty impressive work catching him, now for the courts to do their job.
So some form of honour/retaliation attack?
