Secondly, sounds like a mental health issue, man is clearly suffering from a
Guy needs mental health support, not prison. He’s going to come out and just re-ofend. But the UK, obsessed with punishment is just going to keep calling for blood and wanting to see him locked up rather than the root problem dealt with
